My sister's mask

I used ribbon I purchased for Christmas and nail polish currently on my nails to paint a black mask.  The decoration is a Christmas ornament that I bought, and I purchased that crown just for the feather.  I sewed it all together, not drop of glue was used.  The total cost of supplies was $3.15.  I will post pictures with my dress following our masquerade tomorrow night, and I hope you all have a wonderful First Night!

Ugly holiday sweater contest

I found this truly epic, award winning holiday sweater at the Salvation Army about three weeks ago, and I'm glad I bought it then, because this gem would have sold out later in the season.  The best part was the crocheted snowmen buttons.  I want to meet, and hang out with, the original owner of this sweater.
